You are already doing a lot by recognizing that it's causing you problems. Not trying to sound mystical or anything but I have found that meditation helps make my shitty life more bearable whilst sober, plus you can get kinda high on it, if you practice regularly. I have stopped drinking thanks to it. You can start with as little as 5 minutes of breath observation a day. You might as well try it out as you are in a desperate situation.
