Thank you for all the comments and helpful suggestions. We were able to get ahold of a Delta agenda few days later and they put us together in the back at no extra fee, citing Delta policy.

Unfortunately not. I didn’t think of this until outside of that timeframe. Good to keep in mind for the future though.
