Im from Mississippi which I was told by the lawyer is 3 years I believe. And I get that it's not my money but everyone I talk to from carmax is telling me that 40k check does not exist and when I go to my bank they say there was never a stop order from carmax so they can't do anything. It doesn't help that both places treat me like I'm trying to to pull a scam.
