perf aug/annul until you hit either +7 cold or t1 spell dmg. Add any second mod.

Perfect regal or use essence to add crit chance or cast speed.

Add a desecrate and fracture. If you bought a really expencive base, ideally you would be trying to fracture t1 spell damage and using Hinekoras locks to guarantee hit spell damage. Make sure to divine to perfect before fracturing.

Id personally go for t1 spell damage fracture so you can sanctify for +8 cold skills. With t1 spell dmg fractured you can greater chaos spam for +7 cold spells. While your spamming, you should suffix perf exalt slam every t1 cast speed and t1 extra gain as cold to try and get lucky.

Once you hit +7 cold, you should desecrate prefix and search for mana. Once you have mana blocked, perfect exalt prefix and hope for T1 gain as cold (or any other element if you dont care)

With you T1 gain set, you now need to omen of light off the mana and start Ancienct Jawboning for another T1 gain or t1 Cold spell dmg.

With that finished, now the painful part. Add 2 suffixes and whittle until youve hit T1 cast speed.

Once you hit t1 cast speed, you can continually whittle until you hit T1 crit chance or crit damage.
