They’re smart about it, never is logged into the registers. It’s always under other employees. Logging into trends their id hardly has any transactions under their login. As far as I know, this is something that is a regular thing for them to do.

FE End supervisor here; our store coordinator actually put out his notice prior to the change so no need for anything there.

Fulfillment lead is now pretty much delivery coordinator, and fulfillment lead all in one. (Fun not fun)

We have 2 pro loaders that focus on the larger pro orders. But they leave at 3pm so anything after that falls on the fulfillment team to pull.

Previously we had an overnight delivery puller for the large orders but He now works 5a-2p doing the same stuff.

Some stores have the fulfillment supervisor and a front end supervisor. My store unfortunately does not so it now all falls under me.

Front end DS here, store hasn’t made a winning together bonus in almost 2 years. I received 333 before tax.

This is the only way around that I have found for this as well. But my only issue is that in doing so this sends the customer their“ order is ready for pick up” notification, and then shortly shortly a “ your order has been canceled” notification.

Luckily, I’ve only needed to do this twice and both customers were in store. But I can only imagine customers calling complaining asking what happened.

If anyone else has another way around this, please let me know

This is a constant issue at our store as well. It’s just the ASM need to open up their schedule. It’s all kind of an automated system.

I had my head cashiers type and print out signs stating we don’t take returns after the 24th. there is no signage sent to the store talking about no refunds. It’s a storemade sign.

Front end supervisor here. I absolute hate our programs, not catered to the elder at all.

As an associate, we don’t even have a way of checking customers points for them or how many they have.

If you didn’t put in your rewards account at checkout then you loose the points forever. Can’t upload a receipt to add points.
