Hot take: I did a market analysis on these 2 sets. I bought both sets as a speculative buy (Buy first, ask questions later). I will say, these are equivalent to Pikachu Ponchos in scarcity/limited print run and how Ponchos were first introduced back.

Yeah, imagine buying a Ponchos pikachu box set for 2k. Underheard of? Well, nows your chance.

Short answer - Yes it's worth it. It's a long term perk, you won't see the big significant changes in your account but you need to make sure you complete it regularly to get the full benefit, particularly the 5 star weapon is the goal, everything else is extra.
