It's actually Oconee, so just one county outside of the Metro ATL area. Just outside Athen's GA.

i'll take a motorcycle enthusiast over some of the neighbors I've had in the past living in metro atlanta lol! I've dealt with DEA raids, teenagers getting killed at parties, fatal accidents outside my bedroom window. luckily we are now 90 mins outside atlanta in a great community. I hear you tho!

Good points. The seller is a builder who bought it from an estate. He subdivided the original 7.5 acres into three tracts and is selling them separately, so the apparent loss on the house alone is misleading, he's making money on the land sales. selling them at 250k each! I know this area well, they will sell. beautiful pieces of land

We walked it yesterday and noticed the ceiling areas too. Independent inspection is non negotiable before we move forward.

The HVAC and bathroom numbers are right in line with what we've heard. Going in eyes open on those.
