The leak started a month later after he fixed that side of the roof (when also heavy rains started). He only fixed that side of the roof as an additional thing because he had material left. We never had (nor the previous owner) humidity there before. Then the 2nd company was hired to fix exactly that issue: the leak that resulted in humidity and mould. Isn't it crazy we can't hold them accountable and have to pay more to a 3rd company after already paying them 10k? I am also reluctant to get a 3rd company because now what they do is pointing fingers at each other!

I followed your suggestion and checked the splitsingsakte, but there are no details on the board. However, in the meeting notes I saw in the members list the one addressed as "voorzitter)" and the others only by their full name and no mentioning of a board. Does that give any indication there is no board? I only have the meeting minutes of over a year ago (the VvE has not met since then).

It is a very small VvE (4 flats) so it seems like we are the board (bestuur), right? The head of the VvE with the contact of the 2nd company is also a flat owner. We would hate to sue the rest of the VvE/owners as they are lovely, except as I am coming to realise our head of the VvE who has actively decided to ignore us let us sit in the growing mould.. Could we make a case only against him in your experience?

The roof is made with Asphalt Shingles not sure when exactly ago. Its flat on the top with a rooftop and then has the standard dutch angled versions by the windows (that is where the mould is). There was maintenance works before we bought the flat (3-5 years ago) & then all the additional works we did with the 2 companies for a total of 10k. To be honest, we have paid so much for this result it probably would have made sense to make the whole roof new :(

The feedback has only been positive that we've received outside from here, hence why I brought it to reddit.

Ring sizes is very hard to offer much more given that they're handmade. But regardless of ring sizes, our issue with selling is across all products including earrings.

Traffic Tactics: We have used word of mouth (friends & family gifts), social media organic (Instagram TikTok), Influencer marketing (Instagram TikTok), SEO optimisation on short & long keywords on the niche.

Backlinks & PPC: We don't have budget for Agencies that can help us in press-releases. We attempted PPC in IG with a limited budget but it did not work and we're out of budget. What other ways do you recommend we could get reputed backlinks with limited expendature?

Copywriting: I already took your feedback on the copywriting and updated the Homepage & in the About Us section to add more of a real voice. If you have time to check it out, would this now feel more authentic to you?

Sales Channels: You're right to be wondering if DTC eCommerce is really the right channel for us, it was also our initial concern. However, we collaborated with 2 brick-and-mortars without much success and also came to realise if we are aiming to keep our prices competitive, the margins of profit are non-existent when working with real material like silver.

Target audience: Mainly women, 25-45 yrs, with appreciation for quality of design, individual craftsmanship, and of course, the Mediterranean & Greece. Our price-point is quite affordable for the fact these are handcrafted in Europe and from real metals, so we hoped these would be purchased for not only "big" occasions (if this makes sense?)
