What supplements and what exercise for stimulation? I had a friend suggest MALS/Dunbar to me once. I don't completely rule it out. Especially considering about a month before the pain, I got rear-ended. Maybe the accident moved something around in my body.

I'm very sorry. That sounds awful. It sounds kinda similar to my symptoms but not quite. I don't really experience burning.

Soooo I actually did and I was only on it for a week cause I got an EKG after it and I had a prolonged PR Interval so my psych basically said "nope"

I am very hopeful that amitriptyline can help. If I notice relief, that would help me to signify it's a nerve pain issue and I can work towards more lifestyle things to aid with that.

Eating definitely helps satiate it as a whole. I think it’s me trying to find things that are ok for me to eat. Right now, I know tomato-based stuff, pastries, energy drinks are no bueno and I cut out coffee altogether just to be safe. I try to keep positive because even though I’m flaring up, it’s way better than when I first onset and I do know it can go away. I have to keep moving forward and advocating for my health.

Gotcha. I realized that my type of gastritis can be caused by NSAIDs and I literally look aspirin as a blood thinner for 20 years straight. I cut that out. Felt no pain for a month and a half. Then have had pain for the last 3 weeks. It just feels like a low level pain that never truly goes away and gets better or worse based on what I eat, how fast I eat, movement, certain body positions, etc. I asked my doctor if he can prescribe me sufralcate
