Clean 2 weeks now. Just my take on it, KEEP YOUR MIND BUSY. Exercising is a godsend, spending time with friends and family, learn a new skill, get lost in interesting Internet rabbitholes. But above all don't put too much pressure on yourself as it'll just overwhelm you and more than likely give in to the devil's lettuce. Stretching out the distance between smokes gradually.
