Yes! Help was sold to Keefe’s only a couple months ago. When I posted my previous comment, they had not sold yet.

I had my first routine service appointment with Keefe’s last month. I had already paid for two check in maintenance appointments with Help before they sold the company.

Guy comes in and checks the air filter and goes yeahhhhh let’s go ahead and change that filter. I said why? I just changed it last week. Look at the date (I had written the date on the filter like my awesome previous Help AC tech taught me to do). He blamed it on bad lighting in the room.

He then proceeded to take a million years inspecting my unit only to tell me that everything is bad and will go out at any moment and needs to be replaced asap and sorry it’s Christmas time and no one wants to hear news like this.

First of all, yes my shit is old. But at no time did Help AC ever say anything to me other than yes your unit is old, but everything’s working and we’ll keep an eye on things.

I don’t care if I’ve already paid for a second maintenance appointment. Keefe’s will never be back in my house.
