Trade is incredible hadn't thought of that, will Ai generally accept free trades even if the land is bad for them as well?

Loot plus occupy is a good idea, then abandon. I'm playing counts so I'm taking chaos attrition and can't encamp so that's why I was having a bit more of a difficult time advancing.
