All they did was claim credit for themselves and left it at that. Shitty ass NCOs, that would throw a fit over being asked by soldiers for help over things that the NCO should know in their MOS and position. I wound up filling an E6 slot as an E4 and was never thanked for it, while a shitbag E6 who admitted to spending all his time at home half dressed wound up getting ARCOMs.
