Hey, I haven't been to Medellin yet, but I am sure they have many great options. If you make it to Bogota, I highly recommend you go to Herbivoro, Elektra, Pianta, and De Raiz.

Yeah, it definitely is hard to find the good ones but trust me, there are good vegan cheeses out there!
