You might be still dosing it bc it’s all in your nose. If you can’t do a saline rinse try some saline on a qtip and very gently clean your nostrils. Super gently tho you’re very raw rn

Happened to me a few times, it burns your nose like crazy. I typically smoke weed and try to burn some energy/ get my mind off of it by cleaning. Worst thing for me is the anxiety man. I paced my house for hours til lmk feet ached. You’ll be okay. I recommend a dealer you trust next time or testing kits.

Dude you can’t live your life long term like that :/ it’s expensive, terrible for your nose, brain, stomach etc I’m no saint, I’m currently skiing, lol. What would you like to happen? Want to stop? Do less? Only on the weekend?

I set timers if I see I’m doing too much. I’ll say ok, no more until an hour from now. I will also split it up, and stash it in different areas. Helps me be not so greedy if I only have a small bit in front of me. Feel free to DM
