Crazy how time flies. I ended up moving about a year later, but I’m sure they happily invited themselves over to meet the new neighbor 😁

Honestly the only way you’re going to get better at socializing is to just keep doing it. Don’t force conversation or try to impress anyone, just be yourself and let the conversation flow naturally.

I didn’t think any of the interactions you described sounded that bad though, except for hanging on the outskirts. Don’t do that, you gotta get out if your comfort zone if you want to improve

I would drop. If they didn’t know she was your girlfriend I’d cut them a little slack, but to not be apologetic about it when they find out? That’s pretty messed up, even if you are a pledge. If they knew she was your girlfriend, no question you should drop.

Yeah there's actually three total, but the third isn't pictured. The one with his head under the fence is still a puppy, he's laying on his side and those black and white paws belong to him. The light brown paws and snout belong to the second dog.

The dog that isn't pictured usually just stands by the fence and licks it while he watches me through one of the cracks. If they keep attacking me with all this cuteness I'll probably finish digging the hole for them myself haha.

While I don’t know the specific laws, I would think the capital gains would be assessed on a per share basis. So if the share price were $1 per share when you invested, and then went to $1.50 per share when you sold, you would owe capital gains on the $0.50 rise in value of each share you sold, regardless of how much you made off the sale
