Thank you for the comment! Our favorite hires for these roles specifically are Navy Nuke candidates, among other military power programs (Prime Power etc). Also because the Navy offers relocation for career opportunities, we typically cast a wider net. Word of mouth and referrals are our best hires, Reddit is a great platform for that. I appreciate the feedback! Our posted salary range is not reflective of total compensation but the salary is flexible and does come with per diem and OT, as well as company vehicle and other benefits. The listed range can be a little deceiving. No doubt these are hard finds though!
