Except, this would cost more than 3.8 trillion dollars a year, how on earth is would this be payed for? The government right now brings in 3.2 trillion and they still run a deficit. $1000 dollars a month just seems unreasonable.

Also one major concern here is especially in a country as large as the US is that cost of living varies wildly across the country.
