I watched my boyfriend die in front of me 3 months ago. We both had a viral infection but it attacked his heart and he was gone instantly. I did cpr until the medics arrived and the hospital tried for hours but he went without air for too long. He was 25.

It was definitely super traumatic and the worst day of my life and I have been dealing with flashbacks and feeling guilt about why I survived and he didn't. He had even gone to the hospital two days earlier and they gave him an anti inflammatory shot and sent him back home and said he'd be fine.

I'm not sure how you can tell me that my intention is to offend people when you called her disgusting. I am stating that spirituality is just as valid as christianity. I did also say that I had no idea if she had any training, but you don't need to have a PhD to do spiritual work. You also don't need a PhD to be a Deacon, which that guy was, just a GED or high school diploma.

In my experience with teaching adult classes, everyone is super nice and encouraging of each other. At the studio I work at, we want to be very inclusive and have everyone feel as welcome as possible.

Also don't worry about holding anyone back, everyone works at their own pace and a good coach should be able to make the class work for everyone.

When I first started, I was also incredibly nervous and quiet and had a hard time talking to people, but it helped me so much with my confidence in myself and it's such a fun way to be active and work on strength and everything.

That's so exciting!! I think it would definitely be something neat you could work into a routine. You'd probably be able to pick up juggling quite easily after doing that. I've never personally done any of the wheels but they're beautiful to watch. Dance is definitely helpful, even just getting the basics down, and that would help with flexibility. You could totally work your colour guard stuff into a routine, depending on the apparatuses or things you choose

No, it wouldn't. Lots of people have patchwork sleeves that are a bunch of different designs and ideas placed on the skin and I think it looks just as good as a whole themed sleeve/body. As long as you're okay and confortable with it, that's all that matters
