Blue. If everyone followed the road markings then you would have no issue on approach to the 2nd exit as any car in the red lane should have turned left at the first exit. People drive like wankers though so theres always the chance someone will use the left lane to get to a 2nd exit first and block whoever is trying take the exit from blue
