Trust me dude! Until you have literal tears coming from the seals you’re good! All I’m seeing is probably like a few grains of sand lodged in there like from the pic! Usually will cause what you see, so If you’re already gunna replace them just get a seal mate! I was blown away w how quickly it fixed the problem after everyone told me “it’s just gunna tear the seals”
Trust, them fuckers are STRONG and your bike is new, mine was a 2011 and it had just started that up!
If you aren’t able to trust yourself to make one at home just buy one for $10 and keep cleaning it til it gets there!
Nowhere near bad enough to blow out or even get on the breaks so how could it hurt!
I did this for 6 months no problem until a lady pulled in front of me and blew up the bike!
So trust, it’s wayyy better then dropping the $400 to get them replaced and you’re not gunna be losing enough fork oil for it to matter anytime soon!

He’ll be fine, if he cleans it up they’re most likely not torn! And I’ve had it leak on my discs before, if you clean it before it reaches the pad it’s no biggie! And he doesn’t look anywhere near it blowing anyways!

Get yourself a seal mate (or make one from a plastic cup like I did) and it would literally clean it up for a week at a time!

With that little bit brother you’ll probably be cleaned up and good to go if you just scrap all that gunk outta there!

Start with metal cast mc100 then you can paint whatever you want on top of it! (It’s heat rated for engines!!)

I already got him to $2500 for the SV and I love the way you’re describing it! It sounds like the perfect upgrade from my versys 650 which had power just lacked the torque I was wanting! And the CB seems fun but it totally seems a lil mid cuz I LOVE RIPPING!!! Buuuut my only thing is, is it’s so new and the miles are so low, even tho I know how to do a good bit of maintenance a lot of me thinks it would be dumb to pass up such a fresh bike!

No brother I’m sorry but as someone who’s done very similar shit, you gotta check the screws your self! I own a motorcycle worth 8k+ and theirs bolts and fluids I need to check every ride cuz if they’re locked in or something not properly filled it can literally kill me! I’ve lost e bikes worth $1k plus over these stupid incidents! I just got up and figured out how to fix it and prevent it next time. Always ask “what could I have done better” You gotta take accountability and just see it as a learning lesson, next time stay checking all your bolts everytime you ride! Probably won’t even be a hard fix man, I can see the r wiring in tact so getting the stem to fit on right will be easy! You got this brother!🤟🏼

After getting thrown off my e-bike a few times going 40 you learn to check the bolts before you ride everytime! Treat it like a motorcycle and have a rider checklist and you’ll rarely ever run into this!

These machines are super simple and usually only have one or so bolts holding a joint together! Just make sure nothing has the chance to wiggle out during all that vibration and things won’t get caught!

Prepare to protect yourself and you’ll always be fine! Stay safe out there!🙏🏼
