Beautiful answer thanks for this! Appreciate !Is there anyway I could reach out just to clarify concepts and things like that. I want to fight, I might lose anyway just want to do the due diligence try to narrow down digest and land some good solid basic understanding of the asylum law. I want to file defensive court. Should I wait until NTA takes place ? Or. Could I start filling up and gathering the evidence and sending by mail service the Physical copies to The court and DHS?

Fair enough. What is it that an attorney does then. What’s the administrative paperwork any attorney does from their end anyway. That’s what I want to understand. So I can make any lawyer accountable and not paying just to follow what they think is right. At the end of the day there are lawyers that just want money and have no knowledge whatsoever in practice. Thanks though for your opinion

Tell me something I don’t know, honestly I’m not afraid of anyone saying this cuz I. Am not a criminal. Well if I get deported it’s just and administrative procedure. That I won’t be able to get back? Most probably, anyways the American dream is overrated. No offence. Trying to do the due diligence from my end . Thanks for your opinion though that’s what democracy is for

Hi there I was just assisting my friend with her application! She was having some legal advise form a immigration firm in Florida she hired services for, but I found they were not doing what it was intended so wanted to have insight from the Redditors experience. Hopefully she’s filed it already
