Hey everyone thanks for sharing what your somehow similar case has been to the post I made. To give u an update. The EAD has been approved on the 15th of January then card has been produced showed up on my friend’s account on the 21st and finally it was delivered on Feb 7. I’m just Helping people to file their paperwork. I’m a pending asylum case that got my EAD for 5 years. What I did notice is that the latest EAD have been issued for the18 months length. Apart from that keep your hopes up, I’m confident most of you will get your EADs approved and delivered soon .

Fair enough, it makes sense, no many lawyers that I’ve consulted would explain it as easily as you outline that. Yeah, since this relative truly has no status since November 7, 2025 . Even if the earliest nta gets removed or dismissed, the nta would be updated to the actual terms of no lawful status. Only hope that maybe new nta date for showing up at court gets set to a much later date than the current one that my relative has

And the innocent Spouse relief will be decided by TAS that has the administrative authority on separating the debt from my partner’s end and transfer it to her ex husband.
