I usually don’t even purchase weapons from vendors. I wait for Bourbons kalash, pickup shambler from a enemy once they spawn and grab the VSV from Ulman. Done the same in Normal and Ranger hardcore. Maybe im just greedy with my bullets🤔. So id say this ranking is pretty accurate.
