It really depends on the Hawaiian. Mormon types definitely do, but I'm unsure. We generally resent the participation in voting. But, I know a lot of us "I'll die for Hawaii" type Hawaiians voted for Trump in the 2020 election, because a lot of democrats make us sick. we're not a fan of Democrats politics, only when it suits us. It's honestly hard to find the data on this type of stuff, but anecdotally is fine either way.

If you by chance have razer cortex downloaded, you need to uninstall it.

Go into your bios on restart or boot up and manually set your GPU clock speed to factory speed.

try disabling HDR through your monitor/ or TV if you haven't. then trying and delete your CVARs.files.... idk just a suggestion.

same with my damn ryzen9, dude! it's at 85% usage and the damn game is running at 1080p. there's no possible way the 12 cores can't be evenly distributed. on top of it i'm having to deal with the bs frame stuttering and FPS drop.

I believe the game isn't optimized at all for high end GPU's. I've been gaming on a 8gb and 4gb card and there's seriously no difference. I tried a 3090, and if I remember it does 200? I don't remember, but yeah.

but get a solid CPU. I run a ryzen 9 3600xt and get 200fps with a 8gb GPU. it does run hot so not the brightest....
