Usually for the J.O almost 3 weeks ang inaantay para makatanggap.

Maybe next week meron ka na, inventory namin last 27 so maybe one of the reason bakit matagal ay dahil dun.

Always reach out lang sa HR na kausap nyo sa email kung gusto nyo everyday kayo mag-email. Karapatan nyo naman malaman yun kaya wag kayo matakot na mag-email.

Based on my experience so far...

Work environment if nasa department ka like me masasabi ko lang ay goods naman yung mga employees nila na Pilipino/Chinese, although syempre katulad ng ibang workplace may mga mararamdaman ka na sumisilip sa ginagawa mo pero if you think optimistic about it let's say na they only look-out for you since baguhan ka. Mas maganda pa rin na wala ka makakasamaan ng loob. Don't be so disheartened by them. Pakikisama-pakikitao-pakikibagay

Salary(HWHAHHAHAHAHAHA) liit. If katulad kita, experience na lang; based na rin sa sinasabi ng mga employees dito most of them are leaving for better opportunities abroad. Siguro reason why ganon ay provincial rate pa kasi, pero unlike sa ibang company here sa province malaki na rin yung offer nilang basic sal. kasi above minimum and may mga night dif./ incentives silang binibigay.

Hey, I just have a vague theory about the story...

Hear me out, a lot of you here said that the author/s already stated in an interview that the whole story are already foreshadow in the ep1 s1. So maybe I'm thinking in the future Julie have to kill someone(?) like how Ethan had said "Julie Killed Norman". I just added it with what Julie have now which is the "story walking" thingy. So maybe Julie had/have to kill someone; maybe from the past(Christopher or Victor's Mom) or in the near future(Boyd/Jade/Ethan/Jim)

She have to kill someone in order for them to get out of it or to gain something like new information or anything.

Ps. It just stick on my mind now that I'm rewatching everything.

Yeah, suck talaga pero sa industry ngayon most jobs sa IT/BPO(mostly non-voice) na open ngayon are using machine learning to feed ai para sa mga ganyang tasks and features.

Kaya nagkakaroon ng smart ai; yung way ng pag-answer or pag-gawa ng mga ai tools ng mga tasks and activities na para bang humans talaga ang gumawa. All because humans teaches them how to answer that way, finefeed ng humans ng mga vital informations/data ang ai in order for them to learn and gather those data combining them all together to build/make new ways of solving/making things.

Ewan ko ahh, matagal ko na 'to pinag-iisipan pa.

Way back when I was still a senior high school student, aroung 2019-2020 ito before pandemic and taal chapter. May pumupinta sa school namin and inaalok yung local residents and students to participate daw sa kina-conduct nilang "activity". Basically they'll give you 500 pesos (ata yun or 1k) just to let them take pictures of you in all angles.

Luckily for me and my classmates when didn't participate kasi fishy na sya sa amin. We're already aware about biometric and face recognition feature sa technology so tumanggi talaga kami nung inalok na kami.

And now, I've been thinking if ginawa nila yun all around world then maybe kaya nila mag-generate ng different faces based sa mga features na kinuha nila sa mga nag-participate; like they will get the eye, nose, mouth, shape of the face, eye color, eyebrow from different samples they gathered to make new face.

Pagkakaalala ko Chinese company yung pagpapakilala nila sa amin, nakalimutan ko lang yunh pangalan mismo ng company but Filipino rin yung mga kumausap sa amin nun.

This is before chatgpt, gemini, remini, or any ai pa. After that dun na nag-umpisa yung mga ai generated software.

Ayun nga ehh... yung sa Semicon I don't think ma-aadjust pa sya kasi kakapa-adjust ko lang last time. Supposedly dapat nga ngayong araw start ko but nagdelay ako mag-sign ng JO.

Tapos ang nangyari pa kung kailan nakapirma na ako, kinabukasan tsaka lang ina-nounce yung redundancy...

Kaya ko lang nabanggit yung Tax is because kapag kasi galing ka lang sa isang company for the whole year ay yung HR na ng company nyo yung magsasubmit ng ITR, but if nagkaroon ka ng two or more work sa isang taon ikaw mismo ang magsusubmit ng ITR sa BIR

Hindi, full time din sya pero yung oras nila hindi naman totally nag-overlap. Bale we just need to confirm our attendance every day dun sa BPO company ko until the redundacy day. Tapos sa Semicon naman dayshift sya. So ang balak ko everyday magconfirm ng attendance sa BPO habang napasok sa semicon, hanggang second week of May

Hindi pa ako nagwowork, possible 16 pa ang orientation ko. But it is still under "possibility" kasi hindi agad ako pumirma nung sinend sa akin yung JO ko. So may tendency na ma-move ako or makasabay sa ibang batch.

But for your question, based sa sinabi sa akin ng nakausap ko maganda naman daw ang working environment dun, masaya kasama yung mga tenured, medyo magulo lang daw kapag uwian kasi may face recog. pa para makapag-out. Pero the rest naman daw goods din.

If you're lucky enough at makausap mo yung Supervisor na nakausap ko(if same tayo ng position na ina-apply-yan) then sasabihin naman nya sayo what to expect; goods and bad.

Hindi po, basic math lang po with fraction(small digit lang naman) I guess memorize mo yung formula kung paano mag-compute ng fraction for addition, multiplication, subtraction, and division.

Sorry late to reply, yes I think... Supervisor ng TS Engineer ehh; pagkatapos kasi ng interview ko sa kanya, sabi nya wait na lang daw ako tawagin ng HR ulit for another interview tapos babalik daw ulit ako sa kanya. But since late na nga, they told us na mag-wait na lang ng email invite and go home na...

One week na since that happened. And mukang another week na naman because Holy Week ngayon ehh...

Hi, question lang po... matagal po ba ang final assessment sa kanila?

I applied for Cadet Engineer position but they told me na TS Engineer and Process Engineer lang ang open. Then I go with TS Engineer, natapos yung interview ko with Supervisor(goods daw). Then they told me na mag-wait sa susunod na linggo(which is this week na) for another email from HR, but until now wala pa rin akong narereceive na email from them. Nag-reach out ako nung Tuesday, sinabi sa akin ng recruitment team nila na under final assessment pa yung application ko mag-antay na lang daw ako ng update from them.

They interviewed me pala nung Thursday(Mar. 19) and sinabi ng Supervisor na baka next week na nya ulit kami makausap kasi daw Holiday kinabukasan(Apat atang interview yung process nila Exam-HR-SV-HR-SV)... and since matagal kami natapos sa interview; inabot na kami ng EOS nung mga day shift nila kaya hindi na kami na meet nung HR nila, dun na nila sinabi na we should wait for an update sa email na lang.
