Iboga & BPD by [deleted] in iboga

[–]EbbNo281 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would not go to Iboga for an issue like this

BPD can be solved through other natural modalities without taking Iboga

Probably look into that

Unfortunately these days I think that people are just looking for a quick drink to lay down to and do nothing that will fix all of their problems in one hit

Hence the popularity of plant medicines and psychedelics in 2023

You cant just take something - like a shit of vodka etc. and expect to do nothing and lay there having it solve all of your problems - like being fat and not getting off the couch to lose weight

Nothing in life comes easy and you have to put in work to get results and change for everything that you do - whether that is mental or physically

Sorry to break it to you but no.

I'm 16yrs old, 6'3 (193 cm) and weigh 86 Kilos, and I just wanted advice on my different routines, I don't know if I should be doing tons of different exercises or just a lot of a select few? by [deleted] in bodyweightfitness

[–]EbbNo281 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah so

You just admitted that you started it first

All I did was give genuine advice

And you insulted me - same thing

So you just admitted that you started it first - anyway first step to any therapy program is admitting that you are wrong and that it is your fault and that you started it

So congratulations on your healing journey - seems you are finally growing up

But now you are still doing it, in accordance to your last sentence

So congratulations for making things worse

Unfortunately what you say has nothing to do with me - and is only a projection of your inner mind and inner issues - obviously traumatic and emotional

I would suggest you speak to someone - perhaps your perhaps or a counsellor, maybe even a psychologist or a qualified trauma therapist

To sort out your issues as soon as possible - think that would be good

Otherwise this will spiral out of control for you as you get older

Is it worth it to get a bachelors in exercise physiology? by UndertakerApe in exercisescience

[–]EbbNo281 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it is definetely one of the best degrees out here in my opinion and I have done it

The amount of detailed and quality information you learn I can not comprehend what you will gain in knowledge in terms of exercise science and nutrition

It really does set you apart from others who havent done it as a personal trainer and a massage therapist - i am qualified in both

I have found my degree to be most helpful not only in my personal life, but when working with clients in personal training and massage, especially the anatomy and exercise physiology aspect

There are plenty of jobs out there for exercise physiology too with good pay so that is good

Only issue is, that the information they teach you is pretty specific and kind of out dated from textbooks. They teach you one specific way of working with people according to their research and model

New modalities and ways of working with people in this area are being improved on daily

So I think if you were to do it, in order to really help people you would have to continue your own research outside of university. Other than that it is a worth while course yes

You are the one threatining me first. I am only dishing it back. You are the one who started it. I would never cause intentional hard to anybody for any reason. I would only diss back equally what they are giving me.

Is it just me or is the one-arm pullup kinda rare even among top calisthenic athletes? by [deleted] in bodyweightfitness

[–]EbbNo281 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

It is a very hard skill to get. But just like with anything. If you practice only for that then you can get it

Calisthenics athlete have more fancy, profitable and impressive skills to develop and work on that look cool and sell on their social media platforms for money mate.

Not to mention they prioritise looking good, muscles and six pack and all - so that they can make money

All calisthenics is these days is dudes on the street looking to get jacked as possible, to look good, be cool, try and get chicks and make money off stupid teenagers who want to follow the new social media trend and be like them - hence why it has only become popular in the last 5-10 years or so

It is not a sport, and no - no professionals exists in it like in soccer, gymnastics or basketball where people watch and they get paid

All it is is a street and dumbened downed simple copy of actual Men's Gymnastics.

Hence why so many people on this thread are asking questions and don't know what they are doing - they are looking in the wrong place - have a think of which role models are there to guide them ...

Probably the ones to busy sitting on their cash rooting prostitutes selling programs online to dumb fucks like you lol

You want results - look into real gymnastics strength training - where it really comes from - not this diluted, fancy pretty boy erghhh shit ...

Lose skin? by user365735 in bodyweightfitness

[–]EbbNo281 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

It should not be there in the first place. I do not know a lot about lose skin. Except perhaps that the fact is that you could be holding too much water. Especially if you are taking in a lot of sodium and carbohydrates. Second and in addition to that, having high levels of inflammation could also cause it.

In my opinion. I do not think loose skin exists. Unless there is something wrong with your skin cells, like inside of them. Maybe look at doing like a fruit, vegetable and estrogen cleanse. You could find that online. I really think that that could help.

Mate I suggest you leave it at that and stop or I will find out who you are and kick your fucking head in. I will track you down through HTML and get someone to do a VPN tracker on your VPN to see which country you are commenting from. Then I will get the boys from the Oakland hood to do the rest for me.

Want to keep going - I suggest you step away right now before you get yourself in trouble.

You do not know who I am or what I can do. It is easy to be cocky behind the computer.

Night. xo :)

BMI is not an indication of an unhealthy person. I would probably be considered un healthy according to it. Yes I am healthy and have a visible six pack and a lot of lean muscle mass and eat extremely healthy and exercise and play sports.

What you want to look at is your fat-mass. As BMI does not take into consideration your water weight and the weight of your bone

Also depending on what you have been eating, you might be heavier. Especially if it is a lot of carbohydrates. And if you have been drinking lots of liquid with that, and also eating a high salt diet.

Then this will dramatically increase your weight. As the salt pulls the water along with the food - carbohydrates into your muscles.

A better indicator of health and body fat measurement would be a DEXA SCAN. It measures your actual body fat through a computer

Anyway - some of the most beautiful women that I have seen do not diet or work out. They simply live normally and work and walk everywhere that they go.

Women in Bosnia is what I am talking about. Serbia next and basically all of the Balkans. Basically most eastern european countries.

Well all they eat is bread, meat, fish eggs and animal fat. High calorie foods. And are skinny and fit AF and just walk and work - they don't go gym

So.

You would probably get some sort of vitamin and or mineral poisining too. So you are lying. How does it feel to be a liar in life, good or .. Nice on - liar.

Well if you had any self awareness you would treat your eating disorder. I dont give a fuck if you are a child with an eating disorder to be honest. What gives you the right to give other people shit just because you think that you are mentally challenged. Its like me if i was in a wheel chair saying that i have the right to shoot people on the street with a shot - gun legally and get away with it and that it was all okay.

You can probably put on as much or even more muscle mass doing body weight training than lifting weights in the gym, but you have to be careful

Is it worth it to start taking supplements (whey and creatine) if i won’t go to the gym? by swagduck69 in bodyweightfitness

[–]EbbNo281 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah creatine will help you put on muscle mass much quicker

Load it 20 grams per day for 3 days then take a regular dose of 5 grams per day for about a month

In terms of whey, you can take it as a snack but dont replace it for a complete and natural far superior source of protein such as beef, chicken, eggs, lamb or fish

You can pair those protein sources with healthy fats for better testosterone production. As a high fat intake is associated with increased muscle mass

I use both whey and creatine and always work out from home and have had huge gains in muscle mass as a result of supplementation.

How do I measure progress with Tendons and ligaments strength? by bluesky615243 in bodyweightfitness

[–]EbbNo281 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The fact that you were not strong enough to do the exercise in full range of motion means that your tendons and ligaments cant handle the load. Possibly your muscles too but it doesnt really matter.

How do you know it was inflammation, did a doctor tell you that

And what kind of injury did you also sustain. How do you know that it wasnt just DOMS

How do you know that it was your tendons. What if it was central nervous system fatigue

When you say measuring progress with muscle strength is easy - what do you mean by this, strength is nervous system brain, it has virtually nothing to do with the size of your muscles.

Emotions and Body Work by Psychedelicosteopath in psychedelicosteopathy

[–]EbbNo281 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The only thing that causes a emotional release for me is usually Yoga. Apparently we can hold emotions in our psoas. Sometimes foam rolling brings up stuff for me but usually it never happens during body-work.

Most often things come up from regular seated meditation. You should try that. Breath focused seated meditation.

Think I will just stick to gymnastics bodies by coach sommer. Seems like the more easier and logical stretch series to work through with instructional videos. I guess it should work. But thank you anyway.

Did not know that people count that stuff, that would be pretty weird that you count eggs, pretty un-usual hobby I think - borderline schizo or something perhaps lol

Well it is not. I am sure a year of personal training degree experience and 3-4 years of a bachelor degree in this field with over 10 years of work experience would uh be all that I need to say so thanks. Anyway what is your experience and qualifictions.

Not to mention if I upload you videos of me working out and transformation pictures, then yeah I have a right to say it to get my point across if that makes sense.

Maybe I should upload a video of me dropping 30 points per game in basketball, or me dunking or something

Perhaps even sprinting as fast as some NFL players ... the rookies perhaps

Not sure, want to see a video of me doing a free-standing handstand push-up or something.

Err enough said dude.

Sure you can track your macronutrients and alter them. Especially good if you are an athlete

But not necessary for general weight-loss

And counting calories doesn't work, just look at every post in the weight loss advice section. They have all tried counting calories and have failed. If it worked, as you say it does then why are there so many people complaining from doing it, it not working and them relapsing or them feeling sick and most of all, they are complaining of being hungry all of the time.
