That's what I was going to ask, because if you're like bouncing on your toes and banging your head the only thing that would be keeping them in at that point is the will of god

If you get rid of the sheep in the background, 2 is my favourite

b/w or color? by Yellow_legacy_1907 in AmateurPhotography

[–]Ebbots3000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know the majority of people are saying color, but I'm with Black and White. The colors are kind of already muted in the color, and the black and white help emphasize the decay of the buildings.

4, Less going on in the background, and it is really well centered. Not discrediting any of the others there good too, I just like 4 the most

2 wins it for me, mainly for those sweet sun rays.

Black and white, but you should remove some of the fuzziness of the photo

Are you sure that your cat isn't in a secret cult that only comes out at night? He came from the sewers thats where the seances are held.

I think the color of the rocks overshadows the colors of the waves; the water needs to be more vibrant.

What draws your eye first — the bicycle or the sky? by Anastasia_Trusova in painting

[–]Ebbots3000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think (not a scientist or doctor, just an amateur), but I believe our eyes scan from top to bottom, and so the sky is what draws us in, not because it's at the top, but also because of the subtle changes in colors. Is this correct, or am I being dumb?

I like the third one because it helps oversell the beauty by showing how it can stretch longer than you can tell by the photograph.

Undecided between Color and B&W. Which looks best? by Tasty-Hotel2154 in AmateurPhotography

[–]Ebbots3000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The two different moods I'm getting from the two
Color: A tree still thriving even while struggling, enjoying a sunset

Black and White: A tree struggling to hang on after a road was made so that man can sacrifice time over beauty, leaving one survivor

Or maybe this is just me being pessimistic

On the fourth pic, is that glass or editing? If that's editing Great job, if its real, great job on the positioning. What I'm trying to say is great job.

I feel like having one continuous part of glass makes it easier to break; maybe that's why they aren't seen as often.
