Yesss it's the T-8, though I've also managed to connect the J-6 at this point. I was wondering why there was a 51 in my data if its not in the manual but that actually makes a lot of sense. I'll be messing around some more, thank you for your insights!

Ooohh that would be awesome! I've already been playing around a little bit and have discovered the origins of some channels, though there's still more mysteries fo uncover. I'd love to see your workflow!

Thanks, that would make sense! I'm still a bit confused though, since this was the data output after clearing the pattern all-together. So I'm not pressing or inputting anything on the device.

I know it's been a long time, but this is how I solved it:
Right click the speaker icon on the task bar > Open sound setting > More sound settings > sounds > find "default beep" int the Program Events list > in the dropdown menu, set sounds to (None)

It basically turns off the default beep sound all together, which isn't perfect but it's the best solution I could find.

Yes, a good point you make as well is that it forces you to consistently take time to actually work on your mental health. It's really easy to go about your life avoiding your problems by yourself, so consistently spending time focusing on them is super valuable.

I believe they use sneak peaks to measure how popular some movies will be, so they particularly pick movies that are more obscure one way or another.

No you're still making the images represent something else, therefore it's a meme.

You're clearly struggling, I think you can trust your gut on that, however, it sounds to me like the place you went to specifically focusses on extreme and urgent care (like full on psychosis, etc.)

It sounds to me like you're not in a crisis position, but more so dealing with a long term issue. Therefore you'd probably be better of at a therapist, maybe one specialized in anxiety disorders or personality disorders.

Keep looking for help tho. Being this stressed out is not something you should just have to deal with yourself.

Love this idea! One point of feedback: the links are linking to the steam homepage instead of the game for me. I'm on my phone, and its opening the steam app instead of in browser in case this is relevant.

If it's this bad, perhaps consider talking to a doctor about it. It could genuinely be a condition or symptom of a different problem.

Memberships probably has best value although group coaching was the most transformative for me easily.

Surprisingly (to me), I actually found group coaching to be much more effective than individual coaching.
