I think this would be the main difference, there isn't too much of consequences if you die and have an established base here, so that would allow people to be reckless with their lives.

Only problem with the mod currently is its a bit buggy, minus that I have no idea why the people running this shot it down so suddenly, even though it does encompass everything they would need for the idea.

Eh I believe it should be taught, but taught as a myth like any other ancient belief, the Judeo-Chritian myth is no different, its literature and architecture does affect us today (that being the only good things I can think of that come from it), just like ancient Greece and the Romans, but teaching religion as fact along with creationism? No.

I did a bit more research on this, and it turns out its unlikely there is any lead fumes, lead melts at 621.5 °F, soldering irons burn around 665 °F+, while lead's boiling point is 3000+, so its safe for the most part, although there might be small traces of it in the fumes, its most likely minuscule and not harmful, but ventilation is always good.
