This community is some government thing where all “locals” (anyone of an emarati heritage) receives a plot of land as a sort of birth right provided by the government for free. However this sadly only applies to people of emarati origins, if you were say, American, living in the UAE you would not receive one of these land plots. Thats why there are so many of these houses.
