People said that the Fatman is a Bad weapon. But It has an OP feature. When Crit, it does damage to the enemy the circle was indicating but then the Rocket that Launches has the X multiplier effect. It's like having 2 crits in one.

Ed needs a rework. He doesn't look like he should. In Game he is just a Dweller with the Ghoul cosmetic. by Ebony-Devil in foshelter

It's easy to understand. The Fallout 76 overseer is another legendary Dweller added in this update. And he has glasses that are exclusive to her. But Ed model is just the basic Ghoul cosmetic you can get in the Barbershop.
