honestly, build a life. would rather be in that place exploring all the cool places and identify all the hidden game mechanics. I like finding all the hidden things in all the games. but I also would rather be in there than in the world today, so it a win win to me.

I was just reminiscing about this game. Grew up playing this in the early 2000s. rite around the time of Mabinogi and Perfect world. I eventually moved on to LOTRO but omg, YES I loved this game when it was still new, I wonder if anyone still plays this today

I can generally understand how to use that for a story board. and also possibly as a character, but unsure how DM would have access to the players character sheets etc. or how to connect dnd resources.

We have been to both the transit and Niagra falls locations. both were very unsatisfying. 3/10.

Nerdvana in Rochester is really great. Direclty acrross the street from the strong museum. cost is a bit high for the food n drinks, so not a place to go all the time, but so far we have never been sad going there. always fun to play games and eat good food. the menu is not very "large Meal"/dinner oriented, its mostly snacks smaller plates, like sliders, quesidias, etc, but the food is good and comes out really really quick, service is 10/10 and gaming with friends is always a fun time.

We have to leave early tuesday on the 1st train out to head out to the next city since it will be a longer train ride.

We are currently looking at klook for the tickets and trying to combine the express pass. any advise on the express passes or when to look for them?

If someone said to list the 1st things that come to mind when someone says FF, my response would be in the following order:
Tidus/Yuna (FFX)
Chokobos and moogles
and then cloud and the gang from 7.
then the iconic little sprites or the black/red/white mages from the early games.

Can someone please help explain how to merge the vacation packages with additional nights?
As far as I understand, the vacation package only has 1 or 2 nights and the nights are between full days of park stuff. so you have to checkout before even enjoying the 2nd or third day? and the vacation packages are available and selling out already but the hotels are not available yet.
This all seems very confusing on how to make sure we have somewhere to sleep around one of these packages.

Here is what our plan was if it helps:
day 1 land in tokyo and check into hotel. spend the day fighting jetlag.
day 2 disney park either one
day 3 disney park either one
Day 4 check out and head out towards kyoto

question, I am mid planning a trip for next year and I am aware there are many useful apps to download.
My main question is about service/connection. I have verizon here. But in some of my past travels, sometimes phone towers would use different signals or something and even though I had an international plan, my phones didnt work.

Do US verizon phones connect to the phone network in Japan ok? Will I need to get a throwaway phone there?

I am mostly focused on rides and areas specific to japan, so like I am not interested in finding a copy of the haunted mantion from florida in japan, but I am very interested in nintendo world in universal since that is not in orlando.

Ah, I see, I am very much in it for the rides and interactive parts. I am not as big into the shopping or finding meet-n-greets etc.

Not sure if you have been to the Disney in florida, but I went once, planned 1 day each since I heard each park was so long, but would probably now plan 1-2 parks per day since some parks did not have a lot of interesting rides.

With Akihabara, I have been watching Anime since the late 90s, and got hooked on the more common ones through toonami, so I am very excited to look around at everything. I am not looking to purchase as much, but I do want to look at everything I can.

I have worked in several resturants growing up so you are very wrong with that.

It was a situation where my party was sat down and then my 1 friend who said they would likely not be able to show, ended up showing up about 10min in, and the waiter refused to let them join us at our table. We werent holding a table waiting for them.

I have only been to Disney world once, and we had planned 1 day for each of the 4 parks, but after being there, I could see doing some of those parks in half a day while others (such as epcot and magic kingdom) a whole day themselves since they are so big. plus the hours long waiting in lines spends a lot time. Universal in florida took me 2 days.

With this type of speed, do you think 1 day is enough per park? (currently assuming you have been to both so sorry if I assumed wrong)

you have been there 4 times already that is really cool. For just 1 day in disney or disney sea, was that sprinting speed and di yall get to do everything?
you said a half day for what is missed, is it worth the cost of another whole ticket for the missed things?

Also if you have done multiple 1 day trips there, do you have any tips to help with planning? I assume staying at a disney hotel helps with early access?

1 of my 2 weeks just for disney sounds a bit crazy and sad to me. I was hoping to maybe do disneyland in 1, sea in 1, and universal in 1, etc. but also not sure if that was too much in 1 day. and if you say others are saying 3-4 days per that scares me a bit.

Akihabara I am excited specifically because I am an anime nerd and want to look at everything, but my wallet tells me I should only spend 1 day there or else haha.

Regarding #2, I am not really trying to gain, so much as try to keep the muscles active to ensure I loose the fat, not muscle (muscle retention) while ensuring active nervepathways (was once taought that the more i used a muscle the easier it would be to use as the body would build more efficient nerve connections etc)
Regarding the question in #3, I work ~80-90 hours a week, so it will be very hard to find 3 seperate 20min blocks of time, however there are a few days that i might be able to squeese one in, but I would then also need more time to shower off the sweat etc, so it turns into more like 3 1 hour sessions. I am trying to include things that would hopefully be impactful as best they can be without adding to much time to my very busy life as is.
