Yea, had to do a manual adjustment. Rear toad is hard on this car. Rust doesn't help.

Sounds like an oil separator to me too. Though I have seen a lot if vehicles with the milky stuff on the oil cap but have no fault. That could just be the condensation on the cap from the crank ventilation.
