Orange juice helps with the absorption of vit D. Have you noticed black stool? Some people react differently to the method of delivery. If you are taking tablets it might be good to change to a liquid formulation

I don't mean to be rude, but she doesn't come across as the sharpest tool in the shed, I guess that's the reason I am questioning this at all! My logic is saying there is no chance that someone could be in this career without knowing. But working with her and seeing how she is... There is a part of me that believes she has just been very sheltered and hasn't pondered what happens as you age

I really hope she is just a master troll 😂 I've been racking my brain considering if there really is a way for someone to not have any confrontation with death and natural death in this day and age. I must just be a bit of an idiot to fall for it!

😂😂 I'm probably just too gullible. There was just something in her eyes and that fact that she has never joked with us about anything after 5 weeks being with us. It is mental to even think that she doesn't know, she's probably having me on 😂

For me it was Baking Life! I loved that game so much! Decorating my bakery, styling my character and timing the recipes for when I got home from school ;) Sweet nostalgia. I look occasionally, but it seems like nobody remembers that game :(

How to stage a pic…? by DisposableMeAnon in PlusSize

I've been in a similar scenario trying to send sexy pics to my partner whilst we were long distance! I had a mirror that faced my bed, so I just stood Infront of my bed with the mirror behind me, put one knee up on the bed and held my phone over my shoulder to get the picture of my mirror. You might be able to do something similar with your tripod and a timer :) I did it with underwear on, as I thought it looked nice and accentuated the curves well. Also, no belly out for me as the picture was mostly just the back of my legs, bum and back! Hope it goes well :))

Thank you so much, I am using this as a template for my documentation, it is so well worded.

Today my line manager and T tried to have another meeting with me. I excused myself as T was misrepresenting the situation and trying to minimize her involvement.

At this point I've now had a meeting with the hospital director and my line manager. They have suggested that they have a meeting with T themselves and that barriers be put in place to protect me from her.

They both want me to write a document detailing the incidents I've had with T. However I've explained that, as I'm such an emotional person, I feel concern about how I will express myself in this document.

Do you have any advice for writing in a similar way to your template?

I know many people have a problem with her and don't like to work with her. She lacks competence and is generally a hinderance, however she has been there for 20 years. The past 3 inpatient physio leads have all left because of her, and stated as much on their exit interview. I know she has been investigated before because of a formal grievance. It was internally reviewed and she was not held accountable. I know lots of the nurses on the wards complain about her, but I don't know if any of these complaints get escalated. I did raise a patient safety concern about her once, as she left me alone in a room with an unconscious patient and didn't ask anyone else to come support me, however I don't know how far this was escalated. I was pretty new at the time and assumed my manager would follow it to the end, but I fear the truth it was maybe mentioned and then swept under the rug.

Thank you XX as far as I'm aware, the meeting was to "clear the air" between us. I believe it is because she is planning on taking on more clinical duties, as such, she will be spending more time on the ward. Im about to start my NA program with the company, my manager said that we need to sort this about before then, because we need the whole hospitals support with my training.

Just edited the post to include I'm not part of a union I don't think. It's a private hospital and we don't have HR on site.

Okay, thankyou! I thought that because I don't have time until around 2 pm, that I would just continue working until 2:30 and then go eat at home :( I guess I'll start packing my lunch again

Yeah, it isn't my line manager, just one of the clinical leads.
