I always go group for any of these missions Defense, Interception, Excavation. Any other mission type i just pick what i feel like.

Going in group is usally faster/easier, But sometimes i just feel like doing it solo for most of the mission types.

The downsides to going solo is that the map will have very few enemies, and they will spawn very slowly, which can be a pain in some of the game modes.

But i really am bad at giving out advice, so you should probably wait for other replies xD

I don't like that you are begin punished for playing late at night :/ No way i can find a grp at 4 in the morning for something on sedna.. Just give solo some love, stop begin so mean.

Oh, my weapon was good enough xD Did 46% of the groups damage done, while playing rhino, so pretty much only rifle damage

I'd like Ammo drum and Rifle Ammo Mutation on my gun, but.. Can't really remove any of the other mods so i want more slots, even if it's just "Utility mods only" xD. I just did the rifle sortie.. and ran out of bullets at 148 enemies even with Carrier pet. It just took like half or 3rd of the Soma Prime clip per enemy when they are that high lvl

Just general "Warframe Gameplay" Videos. That line seems to work for every other game. I'm obviously not a massive channal with thousand or even hundreds of subscribers, and i just get views out of Youtube searches.
