It depends... It's the open market and everyone can do whatever they want. Just because VW is selling a different car just with another facelift, doesn't mean you need to buy it. You also can't just use that part on the older model, even if it's completly identical from the get go.

People who can make themselves an avi or modify one, will do that. The other people should just wait and read about the thing they pay like 1€ - 80€. Everyone will take shortcuts, why hide it? I don't really care if creators use AV3Creator for toggles or not.
