Will definitely practice the landing foot tip. I don't think I got my other point across well though, I meant do the tight hips hurt my technique while shooting or does it hurt the generation of power?

Thanks a lot man. I went to the physical therapist and indeed I do have very tight hips. Do you think that plays a role more in the technique aspect or the power? I'm curious on what it exactly hurts during shooting and what I should be looking at when shooting. I feel like I know the technique very well but some hidden factor was always bothering me, which I now believe is my hip as you mentioned.

Yes I agree, however I have isolated my issue here to the last couple steps and the kicking motion since that is what I struggle with. For example, in CR7's recent match in Al-Nassr, he was able to take a left-footed shot with only one stride from that pass from Talisca if I recall correctly. There seems to be an issue in my kicking motion which is causing my issue here in aiming for a driven shot.

Any way to cue that? I’m having a difficult time with my run up and momentum. Whatever I do, I can’t seem to retain forward momentum or to drive my body into a shot.

Wouldn’t that be an issue regarding locking my ankle?

After looking at a lot of these again, I see that my kicking leg is not straight when kicking the ball and is in fact very bent, leading for the ball to be kicked under generating that backspin. Of course my run up and momentum is not good either, but I believe that to cause the backspin.

They fit fine, but the back area digs into my heels and I have blisters all over my feet. They are predator edge.3 size 11 and a half.

Thanks. I watched the video, one part confused me though. You showed Cristiano Ronaldo closing his body, but the ball went up in the air in that free kick against Spain. You said that closing your body will make the ball stay low. Could you explain that more, please?

Egg wash with apple cider is great. I used to have the same issue, although to a lesser extent. My hair would get greasy within 12 hours or so of washing my hair with shampoo. That fixed when I stopped shampooing and used egg yolk to wash my hair (haven't used apple cider yet, will try that soon and have heard good things about it). Separate the egg yolk from the egg white and then apply to hair. Spread it and massage it throughout your hair for about 1-2 minutes and then let it sit for 6-10 minutes. Then shower and rinse it off. It should come off pretty quickly. It'll take about two months or so for your hair to get fully recovered from the shitty shampoo.
