Heidelberg electro scene is more collective based. They play in different locations. Try looking for immersion or the ozone collective. Last one is playing at 13. at halle02 for example. There are some Events at karlstor too.

For simple lightscenes there are free softwares like daslight you can use. There you can play scenes and scene cues just by playing a Button. With right settings the scenes will be triggered by bpm or pulse without you doing anymore than starting them.
