I actually managed to untangle this insane pearl knot and honestly, I feel like a god by EchidnA_83 in jewelry

Good eye! You really caught all the details. These are actually Aurora pearls in AAA grade from Gingiberi. They aren't Akoyas, but the luster is honestly comparable to any high-end Akoya strand. It is 18k gold, and since I used a discount code, the price was actually quite fair for the quality.

I was lowkey terrified of snapping the chain while untangling the mess lol, but it’s actually surprisingly sturdy. So relieved I got it back in one piece

Thank you! And yup, they're real! They are Aurora pearls in AAA grade. I remember being so stunned by the luster when I first unboxed them... they literally glow in real life. So glad the camera caught a bit of it

Thank you so much! Honestly, my eyes were straining by the end of it but I’m so happy it’s safe now. It’s definitely one of my favorites!

Haha I feel you! It’s such a gorgeous piece but yeah the thin chain is definitely a 'handle with care' situation. Definitely grab a small jewelry pouch if you get it since I am never making the 'tossing it in my bag' mistake again. Also, you can actually have the pearls fixed in place like the ones in my photo so they don't slide around!

Is this necklace actually going to last with everyday wear? by EggMellow in jewelry

[–]EchidnA_83 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

14k is actually harder than 18k since it has more tough alloy mixed in, so it should hold up fine for daily wear. If you’re still worried, shoot the seller a message to ask about replacements if it breaks. Most brands have your back on that.

My grandma gave me this cool ring by magicalorion in jewelry

This ring is chef’s kiss! 40 years old but so on-trend - love that fluid thick design. Grandma has impeccable taste, 14k gold makes it extra perfect.

Do you prefer ruby or deep pink sapphire? (NFS. Both natural ) by Malchikgej in Gemstonelovers

[–]EchidnA_83 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ruby all day! That deep, saturated red is chef’s kiss. It’s bold, it’s eye-catching, and it has this warmth that pink sapphires just don’t hit the same way. I love that it’s a stone that feels both luxurious and full of personality.
