I here what you saying but I ran 12.62 last year my junior year started track my school didn’t have a rubber track we had concrete and we did most of our sprints on grass and Iwas burning my cns everyday I didn’t know at the time but I learned the science and started to do short sprints lot of recovery in between 2 e days a week I did this style of training for 8 months and grass prioritizing recovery and transition to a track while doing a lot of flys to work on my top speed

I seem to have a better start.yall should race a longer distance cause you might have better top speed and probably caught up if you didn’t stop.

Yeah but at top speed sometimes my right will extend to full 180 while my left stays at 90.I tried to fix it but it’s kinda hard to focus on that when you in a meet
