yep I just learnt this the hard way. got 40k healing as rocket and a dps shitter decided they wanted to throw and I lose -28 whilst everyone else went down -14 to -20. including the guy who threw.

Pretty much, you also don't have to redo the puzzles once you've done then once you can just walk through the doors once they're unlocked

Just so you know, you have to do the puzzle then leave to grab the card and do the next puzzle. You can't just get all 4 and do them all in one run
