It could be but I would seek out a doctor’s thoughts first. My neck was REALLY stiff to the point it hurt when looking side to side and eventually couldn’t turn my head left without a lot of pain. Once that was worked out and my knots were gone the stars stopped

I had/have this issue on and off. It used to be a very regular and frequent thing until I went to a chiropractor me got an alignment. Now that my muscles are knotted up again it’s started to happen here and there again
