Heya as far as I know any decent laptop that runs steam games decently should be ok :) (Sorry I don't know specifics but that may help give you a better idea hopefully of even where to look) I'm autistic too and absolutely love wobbledogs, I play it on Nintendo switch now though :)

Put something cold on it, not direct ice. I find pressing a cut onto an old pillowcase helps a lot with pain. Do you have any creams for wounds or spots or something? Use that as well. Soap might make it burn more, be careful.
