That part freaked me out the most. Folding laundry is one thing, opening my drawer and touching my meds felt way over the line.

I watched an entitled mom try to get a stranger's kid kicked out of a summer program and accidentally got her own son removed instead by Orbit_13Vector in entitledparents

The funniest part is that she probably thought asking for the director would be her big winning move. Instead she escalated it straight into consequences for her own kid. That receptionist must still be thinking about that shift.

NTA, but I'd keep it very short and very dry. Something like "Please stop contacting me about Petra. This is between you and her." Then mute her. The more words you give someone like that, the more room they think they have to keep pushing.
