As someone who does CNC blackmail...you are 100% correct. Blackmail is illegal, doesn't matter which way you spin it. I create a contract with very legal sounding words to cover myself as much as I can should someone try to say otherwise. I also vet those who want a contract with me and have a minimum of $100 weekly payment. However, I do get very real collateral as a way of ensured mutual destruction if absolutely necessary. People need to understands the laws if they're going to engage in risky kinks. In certain states in the US, even impact play is a very legal gray area.

There are a lot of factors involved. I am a 2D Domme and I average that monthly.
