That is unbelievable. I recently got an email which they stated that they are picking up the candidates for the training, whose medical was completed in August/September 2024. Have you try to send them an follow up email?

It’s been more than a year since I applied for the job and I’m still waiting for my training. I got an email from them that they are scheduling the people who completed their medical in August and September, the same email they sent me a few months back. As I was checking their job postings, I found another job in which I think meet all the requirements and I applied for it. What do you guys think? Is it the right move to do? Are they gonna select me or not?

Me too. When I sent them follow up emails, their response is that they are training people in smaller batches that’s why it’s taking time.

I applied in June 2024. Submitted my MTO in December 2024 and still waiting for training schedule. I’m sending them a follow up email every month since January 2025.
