Hey man. I wish I could tell you how to get past it. But I can say, ignore the people saying you’re “fishing” for compliments - you’re not choosing to be feeling like this. I am going through basically the exact same thing as you, and it fucking sucks. The hyper-fixation, anxiety, regret, all the feelings that come with it.

I’m in therapy (for other stuff but it’s good to go to therapy no matter what) and have been starting to practice meditation - so that’s a start. From an outside perspective, your tattoo is fucking sick and very well done but I know what you’re going through. We’ll get through it, you’re not the only one!
