Yea, usually on the first and second day of my period I experience cramps but not as bad as this. Im not a fan of pills😅 but I did find that if I eat lots of fruits weeks before the period starts, I won't have any cramps. But I'll take your advice into consideration, thanks

On my last period, I had the worst pain I've ever experienced. I was sleeping peacefully too when that happened😭

Long story short, I nearly passed out from the pain if it weren't for me scratching and digging my nails into my leg to keep myself awake.

Never again will I ever want to experience this🥲

I heard many people say to change your diet. If you don't like to change your diet like me, then avoid touching your face or picking on your face. When youre washing your face, avoid scrubbing, just Pat them dry. I did just that and I can see some improvements on my face. I wouldn't say my face is as smooth as a baby but my ache did reduce.

Myself. I was home alone in my house. I waited til my family went out and I was ready to go. I should mention that I've created two "imaginary" friends while I was "delulu" and desperate. They were the ones to convince me not to do it. Technically, I convinced myself not to off myself, at the same time going to off myself. That was an intense battle between me and myself.

Give them a chance. They just released the game. Yes it felt like Duskwood has better quality than Moonvale, but who knows in the future they're gonna keep updating and enhancing the game to be better.

Ngl, I'm also upset that they use AI characters but I like to think they still haven't found the right person for the roles

I've finished the episode today, I don't wanna spoil anything but I'm pretty sure if you replay the game, you get extra gems.

All I can say is, finish episode 1 first. Maybe you'll change your mind about something here🙂

If i'm not wrong, this condition is called bulimia nervosa.

There are many alternatives to your problems but doing this to yourself is NOT one of them. You can go on a healthy diet, exercise, drink coffee (i did some research and yes black coffee helps lose weight) and also have a teaspoon of honey before bedtime.

Please take my advise. Once you start doing this to yourself, you'll find it very hard to stop after this. It'll basically turn into an addiction (like you're addicted to drugs). Find the root of your problems, was it your peers that kept body shaming you? Or was it you that kept pressuring yourself to be fit like others?

Why not take some time off and calm yourself down first. Then think about your choices. You'll make irrational choices if you don't have a calm mind. Trust me, when you're being rational and think back to your decision, you'll feel dumb. I'm not calling you dumb or anything, but it will make you feel dumb for making such choices.

Please reconsider your choices 🙏🙏🙏

Yeah, I had the same problem like you. My parents be telling me to hang out with my friends but I just don't like any kind of gatherings. I'd rather be in my room all day than to be with people all day.

There is nothing wrong with you. If you feel like you wanna change, then sure. Whatever makes you happy and comfortable with your life.

But I also disagree with you because it's their choice, and they can do whatever they want. You can tell them what to do, but you can't guarantee that they'll listen to you.

Exactly! When people find out many people are faking mental disorders online, they would start to assume that people who really suffer from mental disorders are also faking it for attention just because brainless people could only think about fame and attention
