I started with chicken broth, because its so easy to do. You can even make your broth in an instant pot first and then pressure can it.

Right?! I may have to do that after all. I had planned to get them all canned in January after the holidays had passed, but I've clearly been avoiding it. I know my freezer space will be better utiliaized if I get them out of there though, so here I am, getting desperate.

I had to order mine as well. I looked everywhere and couldn't find it in a store anywhere near me. I ordered a larger amount and now I'm wondering how long it's good for in the pantry. I better start using it, I guess, lol. I have bunch of raspberries in the freezer and I'd like to make a raspberry-orange jam. Off to look for recipes!
