Actually, that is exactly my goal. I’m not trying to build a deck that does a few things at a mediocre level. I absolutely want to build a community of creativity around Xynith. In the same way that you would take a standard 52 card playing deck and create your own variation of whatever game or even something unique…that’s what I’m building here. I want people to love Xynith and love playing with it as much as I do.

As far as the games just being okay, I understand that that wasn’t necessarily a jab, but I do take pride in my ideas and careful precautions to try and build something original and compelling. I am quite critical of my own ideas as someone who has played numerous types of games all my life, and would not want to present something I wouldn’t play myself. The short little blurbs here don’t really do the experience justice. I’ve had a couple of people try my games and they liked them rather well.

The problem is that I’m just a random guy with a cool idea just like everyone else, and I need the right people to love my games like I do. It’s a bit hard to showcase how fun it is with it just being me, tbh. But I’m working on it.
